Sometimes I get so in my head with making a deadline (and getting to that deadline on time) I don’t even think ahead to what the event will be like once I get there. Yesterday was definitely one of those days! Whole Foods Market opened its Wall, NJ store and I was honored to be asked to be a community partner vendor. I arrived promptly to a packed parking lot. As I navigated my way through the crowd carrying bins of our “Beach Life” Wall, NJ inspired cookies I commented on the crowd and busy-ness. A woman pushing a cart nearby turned to me and said, “Well, we have been waiting years for this!”
The energy was amazing. I loved watching the community coming together from all the bordering towns near and far. If you have ever been to a Whole Foods you know how cordial and professional their employees are. Yesterday, there was an extra added twinkle in everyone’s eye. Like gathering around the table for a delicious meal it was such a cool feeling to see and be part of that buzz and excitement.
We will be offering our DIY Cookie Workshops at the Wall, NJ location about once a month starting next Thursday, April 20th. Click here to register. More pop ups, workshops and lots more cookie fun coming soon! Congratulations to the amazing Whole Foods team! Wishing you all good things! Xo Dani
