The only way I can keep myself from being totally depressed when summer is over is to look ahead to the Holidays. Halloween comes first, followed quickly by another favorite of mine, Día de los Muertos or Day of the Dead. Since I love the romantic and beautiful idea of this holiday, last year I decided to make us a special dinner to celebrate and I used my Mr. Bones cookie cutter to make cookies and a fun centerpiece.
For dinner we are making margaritas & guacamole boats and KF’s favorite green sauce enchiladas (recipe from Mad Hungry). We will reflect on those we have lost and miss dearly and enjoy a meal together.
Up next… Giving Thanks and, before we know it, Santa will be on the way! (I can hardly wait!) Xo Dani
